By using the Sharkni platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Platform

Sharkni is a matching and communication platform between project owners and investors. It is not a licensed securities exchange or regulated crowdfunding portal. Users are responsible for their own due diligence and legal arrangements.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification when requested.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and chat unlock payments are processed through Alinma Pay. Prices are in SAR and include VAT where applicable.

User Conduct

Sharing contact information outside the platform before chat unlock, fraud, and posting misleading content are prohibited. We monitor conversations for fraud risk detection.

Limitation of Liability

Sharkni does not guarantee the success of any investment deal. The platform facilitates introductions and communication only.
